Maintenance Technician - Heavily focused on Painting / Minor Drywall Repairs

We are seeking a dependable and skilled Maintenance Technician/Painter to join our property management team. The ideal candidate will be experienced in maintaining and repairing apartment community systems to ensure a safe, comfortable, and well-functioning living environment for all residents.

What You’ll Do:

• Efficiently paint vacated units to restore a "standardized appearance" for new residents. This includes walls, ceilings, doors, and trim
• Perform routine and emergency maintenance requests promptly and professionally.
• Handle general repairs, including plumbing, electrical, appliances, carpentry, and preventative maintenance.
• Ensure all equipment, tools, and work areas are maintained in good condition.
• Assist with unit inspections, turnovers, and maintaining curb appeal.
• Follow all safety procedures and company standards.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs, climb ladders, and spend long hours bending or kneeling

What We’re Looking For:

Experienced Painter, maintenance tech

Previous multifamily property maintenance experience preferred.

Some knowledge of electrical, plumbing, appliance repair, and carpentry preferred.

Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.

Reliable, hardworking, and customer service-oriented.
