Overview

- Process Checkout and/or Return transactions.
- Monitor and maintain the Self-Checkout area.
- Proactively seek product knowledge to provide customers with information and identify selling opportunities.
- Follow policies and procedures to ensure that shrink is minimized.
- Assist in supervising, coaching and training of Front End Associates; participate in the training of new Cashiers and use tools to coach and develop others.
- Provide first level escalation for customer issues.
- Support Cashiers as needed with price checks, POS transactions and related duties across registers, Self-Checkout, Returns, Pro Desk, Special Services, and Tool Rental.
- 1+ years of cashier experience (preferred for Head Cashier).
