Designers support three primary store priorities:
Customers First, In Stock, and Store Appearance. Designers provide fast, thorough, and friendly service to customers by welcoming them to the store, assessing kitchen and/or bath project needs, providing showroom tours, setting up measurements, reviewing room designs, and making purchasing recommendations. They support In Stock initiatives by assessing stock levels of samples and brochures and restocking as necessary. They support Store Appearance by ensuring special order displays and showrooms promote a shopping environment that is appealing and safe.

By supporting these priorities, Designers drive sales to support department and store goals.

• Welcome customers to the store and assess kitchen and/or bath project needs.
• Provide showroom tours, set up kitchen and/or bath measurements, and review room designs with customers.
• Make purchasing recommendations based on customer needs.
• Assess stock levels of samples and brochures and restock as necessary to support In Stock initiatives.
• Ensure special order displays and showrooms promote an appealing and safe shopping environment to support Store Appearance.
• Drive sales to support department and store goals by effectively applying these priorities.
