Senior Assistant Store Manager

Job Overview

Hourly rate ranges from $17.00 - $17.25 per hour and is dependent upon qualifications and experience.

• Establish and maintain Guest Services
• Support the Store Manager in overall store operations
• Ensure maximum sales and profitability by developing staff, controlling expenses and shrinkage
• Handle all aspects of merchandising and inventory control in adherence with Company policies and procedures

• Maximum 38 hours per week
• Minimum age 18
• Physical demands: >8 hours standing, walking, climbing ladders, lifting up to 50 lbs.
• Prior retail and/or management experience required
