Baylor is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our healthcare team in Kingsport, TN. We have openings for both day and night shifts, offering phenomenal rates for qualified candidates. • Provide direct nursing care to patients in accordance with established policies and procedures.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians and document accordingly.
• Monitor patient health and report any changes or concerns to the healthcare team promptly.
• Assist with patient assessments, vital signs, and maintaining accurate medical records.
• Collaborate with nurses, physicians, and other healthcare professionals to ensure quality patient care.
• Educate patients and their families on health maintenance and disease prevention.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment.

• Current and valid LPN license in the state of Tennessee.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience as an LPN preferred.
• Strong clinical and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
• Flexibility to work day or night shifts as needed.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required.
