Providing companionship, building rapport and establishing a trusting relationship with residents.;
Assisting residents in activities of daily living (ambulation, transferring, showering, personal hygiene, incontinence care, feeding, reminders, supervision).;
Conducting activities in groups or one-on-one with residents as requested.;
Serving meals and after-meal cleanup; ensuring resident rooms are clean and tidy.;
Observing residents and reporting concerns to the Wellness Director; following safety regulations and policies.
