Job Title: Floater Caregiver – Non-Medical In-Home Care

Pay: $20.00 per day (guaranteed, regardless of shift hours)

Position Type: Flexible (Floater role with potential to transition to part-time or full-time)

Location: Within 30 minutes of client homes

We are seeking a dependable and compassionate Floater Caregiver to provide non-medical support to clients in their homes. This role involves floating between clients as needed within a 30-minute radius. Caregivers in this position have flexibility and the opportunity to transition into full-time or part-time roles as our client base grows.

• Float between clients, providing care as needed within a 30-minute travel radius.
• Assist clients with non-medical daily activities such as companionship, light housekeeping, meal prep, and errands.
• Maintain clear and timely communication with the office regarding schedules, client needs, and updates.
• Provide consistent, reliable care while respecting client confidentiality and dignity.
• Document care provided as required by company standards.

• Previous caregiving experience preferred but not required.
• Reliable transportation and ability to travel to clients within 30 minutes.
• Compassionate, patient, and professional demeanor.
• Strong communication and time management skills.
• Ability to work flexible hours as a floater.
• Physical ability to assist clients safely
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred

• Guaranteed $20/day regardless of assigned shifts.
• Opportunity to transition into part-time or full-time positions as client demand increases.
• If you remain in the floater role, we may hire additional floaters to accommodate new clients.
