Pay: $60,000 - $100,000 + Commission Opportunity. Sign-on Bonus: UP TO $5000 based on experience and interview. Base pay range: $60,000.00/yr - $/yr. This range is provided by Florida Home Air Conditioning. Your actual pay will be based on your skills and experience — talk with your recruiter to learn more. Additional compensation may be offered based on experience and will be outlined in an offer letter addendum.

Troubleshoot, service, and repair residential HVAC systems with the support of full training, professional tools, and a strong leadership network.

• 2 years of residential HVAC experience
• EPA certification (or ability to obtain)
• Valid driver's license & clean driving record
• Must pass background and drug screening
• Ability to enter attics, crawlspaces, and lift heavy equipment
