Accounts Assistant
Ivybridge | £27,000 – £29,000 (DOE)
What’s on offer:- Salary: £27,000 – £29,000 (depending on experience)
- Hours:
38.5 per week (flexible start times from 7:00am onwards) - Full-time or part-time options available
- Free on-site parking

- Christmas Shutdown (days reserved from annual allowance)
The Accounts Assistant will play a key part in keeping the finance function running smoothly. Working within an industrial environment, duties will include:
- Managing Purchase Ledger & Sales Ledger
- Completing bank reconciliations
- Posting and coding invoices
- Maintaining the nominal ledger
- Confidently using Excel and accounting systems
- Previous accounts administration experience is essential
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail
- Confident user of Excel and finance systems
- Ideally a driver, due to location not being easily accessible by public transport
