• Provide dedicated support to students with special educational needs (SEN) in the classroom.
• Work alongside the teacher to create a positive and inclusive learning environment.
• Assist with students’ academic, social, and emotional development, ensuring each child can reach their potential.
• Develop supportive relationships with students, helping build their confidence and independence.
• Provide assistance with any personal or medical care needs, when required.

• A compassionate, patient, and supportive approach to working with children.
• Experience with SEN students is desirable but not essential.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work well within a team.
• A flexible and proactive attitude to adapt to students’ needs.
