Spring 2026 New Graduate RN – Atrium Health Cleveland & Kings Mountain Adult Acute Care FT

Schedule Details / Additional Information
  • 3, 12‑hour shifts per week
  • Holiday/Weekend rotation

Pay Range: $34.90 – $52.35 per hour

This position is sign‑on bonus eligible.

We’re Looking For
  • Completion of an accredited or approved program in nursing
  • Registered Nurse license issued by the state in which the teammate practices
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) for Healthcare Providers certification issued by the American Heart Association
What You’ll Do
  • As a skilled and compassionate RN, you will play a pivotal role in providing and coordinating comprehensive patient care through the nursing process to deliver safe, therapeutic care in accordance with established standards, policies, and procedures.
  • Using evidence‑based practice, clinical decision making, compassion, and skillful communication while leading efforts to create the safest patient environment and the best patient experience across the continuum.
About This Location
  • Atrium Health Cleveland (Shelby) – 241‑bed hospital, Level III trauma center, serving greater Cleveland County, NC.
  • Atrium Health Kings Mountain – 67‑bed hospital with a broad range of services, recognized as a Top Rural Hospital by The Leapfrog Group.
