The Manufacturing Engineer will be responsible for developing, implementing, and optimizing automated processes for the assembly of battery modules and packs. This role ensures that automated production lines consistently deliver high-quality, cost-effective, and safe products while supporting continuous improvement, scalability, and operational excellence in a high-volume manufacturing environment.

We are looking for a hands on, self driven Manufacturing Engineer with a strong sense of urgency to support and improve our body in white (BIW) manufacturing processes. In this role, you will work on the shop floor, lead improvement activities, and collaborate closely with operators, technicians, and cross functional teams. Your focus is to help us build safe, high quality products in a cost effective way while driving a culture of continuous improvement and built in quality.
