Key Responsibilities- Oversee daily production schedules and job assignments
- Supervise and develop team members (currently less than 50) across multiple departments
- Enforce OSHA safety standards and ISO
9001:2015/AS9100D procedures - Approve timekeeping, job costing, and production records
- Assist in resolving production or staffing issues quickly and effectively
- Recommend ways to improve processes and equipment performance
- Ensure strong communication across departments to meet delivery deadlines
- Conduct performance reviews and support employee development
