Overview

Kings Lynn Volkswagen are recruiting for an Apprentice Service Advisor. The successful applicant will have the opportunity to work with one of the world's most prestigious and technologically advanced car manufacturers.

• Organise and sustain a professional, knowledgeable, enthusiastic and well presented service environment.
• Demonstrate confidence, an outgoing personality and a smart, professional appearance.
• Communicate effectively, both written and verbal, and build strong customer relationships.
• Utilise IT skills with computers, tablets and smart phones.
• Negotiate and work under pressure, both as part of a team and independently.
• Maintain excellent organisational skills, work ethic, and a full driving licence.

• GCSE grades 9 – 4 (A –
  
  C) or equivalent in English, Maths and one other subject.
• Functional Skills Level 2.
• Predicted grades accepted; conditional offers may be made.

As an Apprentice you will have the potential to progress through the VAG Training Programme and pursue career opportunities within Marriott Motor Group.

You will receive on‑the‑job training and coaching, and a mentor will support you throughout your programme.
