CNC Machinist
Location: Kings Lynn
Hours: 4-Day Week (Monday-Thursday)
We are supporting our client, a well-established precision engineering business, in their search for an experienced CNC 5-Axis Machinist
. Due to a sharp rise in workload, they require an additional machinist to join the team.
- Operating and programming 5-Axis Hurco CNC machines.
- Using Feature
CAM for CAD/CAM programming and toolpath creation. - Performing both in-process and final inspection to tight tolerances.
- CMM programming and operation for dimensional verification.
- Working closely with the Shop Manager and wider production team.
- Maintaining high standards of accuracy, quality, and housekeeping.
- Proven experience with 5-Axis Hurco machining.
- Strong working knowledge of Feature
CAM. - Confident in inspection methods and measurement equipment.
- CMM programming experience is essential.
- Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings.
- A proactive, hands-on approach.
- Competitive pay rate
