As a Damp, Mould & Disrepair Surveyor

• Lead the way in improving homes by driving innovative solutions to tackle damp, mould, and disrepair issues, ensuring residents live in safe, healthy environments.
• Take ownership of complex projects, from surveys to resolution, using cutting‑edge tools and data insights to deliver lasting results.
• Build strong relationships with residents, contractors, and stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and a customer‑first approach every step of the way.

To be successful with your application, you’ll need to show that you meet the following essential criteria:

• Knowledge &
  
  Experience:
  
  Strong expertise in damp, mould, and disrepair management, with a thorough understanding of statutory and regulatory requirements, including Awaab’s Law.
• Skills: Excellent analytical and communication skills, combined with proven project and contract management capability, IT proficiency, and a customer‑focused approach to delivering results.
• Qualifications: HNC in Building Construction Ring or equivalent relevant qualification or demonstrable equivalent working knowledge and experience.
• Additional Requirements: Full UK driving licence, flexibility to travel, and a commitment to compliance and health & safety standards.
