£39,483.29 per annum, Full-Time 37 hours per week, Permanent
We are looking for a passionate and committed Manager to join our six-bedded Faro Lodge Respite Service. Faro Lodge provides short and planned breaks, alongside crisis and emergency support, giving valued respite to our customers and their families. - Proven experience as a manager within the social care sector
- An excellent understanding of the customer and demonstrable experience of developing and delivering services that are customer focused
- Hold/Working Towards a Level 5 leadership/management qualification or equivalent
- A range of ICT skills, including Microsoft Office, and an appetite to embrace the digitalisation agenda
- Experience as a motivational and inspiring people manager
- Excellent communication skills
- An Enhanced DBS check with Children and Adults barring is required for this role
- Essential the applicant holds a Full UK driving licence and use of a vehicle with business insurance
- To undertake designated out of hours, on-call duties for advice and guidance
