This is a great opportunity for a Design Coordinator / aspiring Design Manager to join a successful company that operates in the high voltage industry and is recognised throughout the industry as a great place to work.

The purpose of the role is to coordinate / manage a team of design engineers, working on a range of HV projects.

• Coordinate and manage design teams to meet project deadlines.
• Maintain a proven track record of managing the design process and all related information.
• Act as liaison with external sub‑contractors, manufacturers and other third parties involved in the design.

• Previous experience as a Design Coordinator or Design Manager is essential.
• Background in engineering or manufacturing, preferably in the high‑voltage or related field.
• Experience managing a small team of people and managing the design process.
