• Perform fault diagnosis and resolve failures on production machinery, including automation, electrical, and mechanical issues.
• Escalate maintenance issues where necessary.
• Record detailed maintenance work via SAP (CMMS).
• Drive continuous improvement through preventative maintenance activities, equipment checks, and repairs.
• Complete risk assessment / permit to work and method statements for safe execution of maintenance tasks.

• NVQ Level 3 or equivalent in Electrical and Mechanical Engineering.
• Experience working in a manufacturing environment.
• Experience with automation PLCs, fault finding, and diagnostics.
• Excellent problem‑solving and analytical skills.
• Knowledge and experience working within a CMMS; SAP experience preferred.
• Experience with FMEA, root‑cause analysis, and preventative/planned maintenance optimisation is advantageous.
