Architectural Technician​/Technologist

We are seeking a highly motivated individual to join our experienced team of Architectural technicians / technologists within our well-established, family-run practice based near King’s Lynn. With over 30 years’ experience delivering high-quality residential and commercial projects nationwide, our work ranges from large-scale developments to bespoke, small-scale designs.

Salary: Competitive – £25,000 to £50,000 (dependent on experience)

Location: Tilney All Saints, King’s Lynn

• Produce high-quality drawings for architectural, civil, and construction works
• Prepare existing plans, sections, and details from surveyor notes and site measurements
• Deliver full drawing packages for planning, tender, and construction stages
• Work collaboratively within a project team to support projects from inception through to completion

• Proficiency in AutoCAD and experience working within the construction industry
• MCIAT qualification desirable but not essential
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Own transport required for commuting to the office
• Office-based role with 100% attendance required
