Are you a people person who loves pets? We’re on the lookout for an enthusiastic, upbeat Client Service Representative to be the welcoming face of our amazing team at Animal Hospital!
As the first friendly face our clients see, you’ll be the heart of our front desk—greeting pets and their people with a smile, scheduling appointments, answering a multi-line phone system, managing check‑ins and check‑outs, processing payments, and sharing helpful info about our services. No two days are the same and that’s what keeps it exciting!
If you’ve got a background in fast‑paced customer service and a love for animals, we’d love to meet you! Let’s make tails wag—together.
This is a full‑time position, with a 4/10 or 5/8 schedule and flexible availability needed Monday‑Friday.
Full‑time benefits and compensation**:
- Compensation: $16-16.50 per hour, for each hour worked*

Minimum qualifications and skill set:
- 1+ years of client service experience
- Previous veterinary experience is highly desired
- Able to work under pressure
- Team player
- Ability to adapt to changes easily
- Enjoys engaging with clients and providing excellent customer service.
- Quick learner
