Job
We are seeking a dependable Entry-Level Crack Seal Operators. This position is perfect for candidates who enjoy working outdoors. No prior experience with crack seal machinery is required—full training will be provided.
3 to 6 month project.
Must be willing to work outdoors.
Responsibilities- Assist with preparing pavement cracks using cleaning tools and equipment.
- Help apply rubberized crack sealant to asphalt and concrete surfaces.
- Set up and clean up work zones and equipment each day.
- Follow all safety procedures and maintain a clean safe work environment.
- Support crew members with general labor tasks as needed.
- No experience required—training is provided.
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Physically able to lift bend and stand for extended periods.
- Reliable transportation and strong work ethic.
- Willingness to follow directions and learn new skills.
- Valid AZ driver’s license required and must provide clean 39 month DMV report.
- Must pass criminal background check and drug screen.
