Med/Tele Float Registered Nurse Opportunity – Kingman, Arizona

Direct Hire | Full-Time | Night Shift

A patient-centered healthcare organization in Kingman, Arizona is hiring a Med/Tele Float Registered Nurse for a permanent, full-time role. This position offers consistent night shifts, a strong compensation package, modern charting systems, and the opportunity to work across multiple units in a dynamic clinical environment. A $15,000 sign-on bonus and $4,000 relocation assistance are included.

Position Overview

· Permanent, full-time role

· 36 hours per week

· Night shift

· MEDITECH electronic medical record system

· Float between Medical-Surgical and Telemetry units

Shift Details

· 3 shifts per week

· 12-hour night shifts

Compensation & Incentives

· Salary range: $59,904 – $85,532 annually (based on experience)

· $15,000 sign-on bonus

· $4,000 relocation assistance

Key Responsibilities

· Provide direct nursing care across Med/Surg and Telemetry units

· Monitor cardiac rhythms and respond to patient condition changes

· Administer medications, treatments, and IV therapies

· Accurately document patient care in MEDITECH

· Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary care teams

· Educate patients and families on care plans and discharge instructions

· Maintain patient safety and quality care standards

Requirements

· Active Registered Nurse (RN) license (Required)

· BLS Certification (Required)

· ACLS Certification (Required)

· Minimum 1 year of nursing experience (Required)
