A respected outpatient clinic in Kingman, AZ is hiring a full-time Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA) to join its team in delivering high-quality, community-based family medicine. This position is ideal for a provider seeking autonomy

Compensation & Benefits

• Salary Range: $100,000 ? $140,000 annually (based on experience)
• Bonus Plan: Percentage-based incentive linked to collections

Note:

Key Responsibilities

• Perform physical exams, preventive care screenings, and wellness visits
• Diagnose and treat minor injuries and acute illnesses
• Manage chronic conditions such as diabetes, hypertension, and COPD
• Order and interpret labs, imaging, and diagnostic tests
• Counsel patients on health education, lifestyle changes, and treatment adherence
• Coordinate referrals and ensure follow-up care is completed
• Maintain accurate records within the electronic health record (EHR) system
• Contribute to internal quality initiatives and peer review activities

Qualifications

• Active and unrestricted Arizona license as an NP or PA
• Graduate of a U.S.
  
  -based accredited Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant program

• DEA certification (or eligibility prior to start)
• Able to credential with Medicare, Medicaid, and major commercial insurance plans
• No history of malpractice or disciplinary actions
• Preferred: At least one year of experience in outpatient primary care or family medicine
