Job Details:

• Work four 10-hour shifts per week from 6:45 AM to 5:15 PM

• 2-3 late shift requirements per month from 5:15 PM to 7:00 PM

• Call required approximately 1 shift per week and 1 weekend shift (Saturday or Sunday) per month for a total of 5 days per month

• Work independently during call and weekend call shifts as Lead or Charge Nurse

• Nurse to patient ratio of 1:1

• Responsible for coordinating patient transfer for Pre-OP workup and serving as Intra-OP circulator

• Serve as secondary PACU RN for final patient of the day until discharge

• Book cases and coordinate patient care activities

• Utilize Pyxis medication system and Meditech charting system

• Work with robotics and various surgical equipment for General, GYN, Endo, Cysto, Neuro, Thoracic, Endocrine, Podiatry, and Pulmonary procedures

• Minimum 2 years of recent OR circulator experience (within past 6 months) required

• Associate Degree in Nursing required

• Current Arizona RN license or compact state license required

• BLS and ACLS certification from American Heart Association required

• Basic EKG competency required

• CNOR certification preferred

• Surgical scrubs provided, must wear closed-toe shoes

• 1 day hospital orientation and 1-3 OR shifts for unit-specific training
