$20.00/hr - $20.00/hr

We are looking for a compassionate and skilled CNA in Kingman, AZ to administer patient care in accordance with a physician established care plan.

This role is a 1099 contract opportunity, with care being provided at the patient’s residence. We are currently needing multiple CNAs to help support a plan of care calling for 12 hours a day. Part‑time, full‑time available!

Once our patients are accepted into the program, there is no expiration for this benefit, which allows our team of caregivers to build lasting relationships with their patients for years to come. You’ll get to advocate for the patients and work one‑on‑one to provide them with the care that they need.

This role will collaborate with RNs, Case Managers, and the patient’s physicians.

Responsibilities
  • Work with the patient in their home to provide one‑on‑one service in a comfortable and familiar setting
  • Assist with the patients’ activities of daily living as well as personal care
  • Provide companionship care and basic emotional or psychological support
  • Meal preparation
  • Light housekeeping
  • Transport and accompany patients to doctor or hospital visits
  • Adhere to the patient’s established plan of care
  • Execute the physician prescribed plan of care and maintain compliant documentation of care provided in the system of record
  • Monitor vitals (vital signs, temperature, respiration, etc.) according to plan of care
  • Remind patient of and administer medication as prescribed
  • Maintain records and documentation of daily services
  • Communication with the patients’ family, doctors, and other prescribed individuals regarding the health and care of the patient
Minimum Qualifications
  • Current CPR certification
  • Current First Aid certification
  • TB test & physical examination
  • Ability to monitor vital signs
  • Good interpersonal skills
  • Caring and compassionate personality
  • Hand‑eye coordination and manual dexterity
  • Ability to stand or walk for prolonged periods, with the ability to lift up to 50 lbs and move patients
  • Ability to operate under stressful conditions and make quick decisions
Preferred Qualifications
  • 1+ years of caregiving experience
