Job Title: Physical Therapist – Outpatient
Location: Kingman, AZ 86409
Contract Length: 16 Weeks

• Shift: 4×10-hour shifts

• Hours: 7:00 AM – 5:30 PM

• Day Off: Tuesday each week

• Facility Schedule: Closed Saturday & Sunday

• The manager will coordinate time-off requests directly with the PT.

• If a weekday off is needed other than the regularly scheduled day (Tuesday), the PT will be expected to work their usual day off to ensure patient coverage.

  • Example: If Monday off is needed, the PT would work on Tuesday instead.

• Minimum 1 year of outpatient PT experience

• Local candidates and first-time travelers accepted
