Direct Hire | Full-Time | Flexible Shifts

A patient-focused healthcare organization in Kingman, Arizona is hiring an Outpatient Physical Therapist for a permanent, full-time role. Position Overview

· MEDITECH electronic medical record system

· Outpatient clinical setting

Shift Details

· Schedule options available:

-5 days per week, 8-hour shifts

OR

-4 days per week, 10-hour shifts

Compensation & Incentives

· Salary range: $85,280 – $107,432 annually (based on experience)

· $15,000 sign-on bonus

· $4,000 relocation assistance

Key Responsibilities

· Evaluate and treat patients in an outpatient rehabilitation setting

· Develop individualized treatment plans based on patient needs and goals

· Implement therapeutic exercises, manual therapy, and modalities

· Educate patients and families on injury prevention and home exercise programs

· Accurately document patient progress in MEDITECH

· Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary care teams

· Maintain safety, quality, and compliance standards

Requirements

· Licensed Physical Therapist (PT) (Required)

· BLS Certification (Required)

· Minimum 2 years of physical therapy experience (Required)
