Clinical Director – Child & Adolescent Crisis Services
A mission-driven behavioral health organization is seeking an experienced Clinical Director to lead Child & Adolescent crisis-based services in Kingman, Arizona. This is a high-impact leadership opportunity for a strong clinical professional who thrives in fast-paced, high-acuity environments and is passionate about stabilizing youth and supporting families during moments of crisis.
The Clinical Director will provide clinical oversight, supervision, and operational leadership across child and adolescent crisis programs, ensuring safe, effective, trauma-informed care while developing and supporting multidisciplinary clinical teams.
Key Responsibilities- Provide clinical and administrative leadership for Child & Adolescent crisis stabilization services
- Oversee assessments, treatment planning, risk management, and discharge planning in acute settings
- Ensure services align with crisis intervention, safety, and stabilization models
- Supervise, mentor, and support licensed clinicians, therapists, and clinical supervisors
- Maintain compliance with state regulations, licensing standards, and accreditation requirements
- Collaborate with medical, operational, and community partners to support coordinated crisis care
- Monitor clinical outcomes, quality metrics, and staff performance
- Promote staff resilience, retention, and a supportive team culture in high-stress environments
- Arizona-licensed clinician (LCSW, LMSW, LPC, LMFT, Psychologist, or equivalent)
- Demonstrated experience in Child & Adolescent crisis services, inpatient, crisis stabilization, or emergency behavioral health settings
- Prior clinical leadership experience (Director, Manager, Supervisor, or Lead role)
- Strong understanding of risk assessment, de-escalation, and trauma-informed crisis care
- Proven ability to lead teams in high-acuity, time-sensitive environments
