We are currently looking for part-time Pool Direct Care Providers to join our Inpatient Team!
Pay Rate: $18.00 per hour plus shift differential.

Schedule:
This position works on an as-needed basis at our 24-hour crisis unit in Kingman, Arizona. It is ideal for those seeking extra income, part-time work, and flexibility. Shifts are 12 hours, either 7:00am - 7:00pm or 7:00pm - 7:00am. Hours vary weekly; this role is not eligible for benefits.
Job Overview:
Provide behavioral health interventions in a structured, non-hospital setting to adults in crisis, in a locked facility with 24-hour nursing coverage. Services include court-ordered treatment, connecting clients with community resources, and managing varied patient needs daily.
Responsibilities:
- Assess members in crisis and help set/reach goals.
- Pre-vocational training.
- Documentation and case management.
- Crisis intervention.
- Provide individual and group counseling.
- Contribute to a recovery-based environment.
- Work with significant others in treatment planning.
- Supervise and monitor members on-site.
- Check vital signs as needed.
- Minimum age 21.
- High School Diploma/GED and 6 months full-time behavioral health experience, or
- Associate’s degree and 6 weeks experience, or
- Non-related Associate’s degree and 1 year experience, or
- Bachelor’s degree (related or non-related) with relevant experience.
- MVR clearance required.
