We are currently searching to hire a Group Home Coordinator/Supervisor for our adult /DD group home in XCITYX, Arizona. The Coordinator is a safety‑sensitive position responsible for ensuring smooth day‑to‑day operations of the group home program, supporting a high quality of life for residents, and ensuring each individual’s person‑centered needs are met.
Base pay range$43,888.00/yr - $43,888.00/yr
Responsibilities- Manage and support our residential group home program by implementing the RISE mission, vision, and values.
- Recruit, hire, coach, train, and supervise Direct Support Professionals (DSP) and manage performance of DSP staff in the home.
- Oversee and manage details of company and program records.
- Complete and maintain payroll and billing documentation accurately and within designated time frames.
- Ensure programs meet licensing/survey requirements and contractual compliance.
- Demonstrate competency in financial and budgetary issues.
- Assist individuals with daily living supports, community access, medication, and medical issues as needed, and frequently interact with residents.
- Ensure clean and safe environments are maintained and support provided meets policy and procedure expectations; comply with all AZ Department of Economic Security Division of Developmental Disabilities and other licensing requirements.
- Ensure compliance with all RISE and AZ State DDD regulations and policies.
- Desire, interest, and experience working with people with disabilities or special needs.
- High School Diploma or GED.
- At least two (2) years of work and supervisory experience with an organization or agency providing home care support services.
- Experience providing person‑centered philosophy for people with developmental and physical disabilities in a long‑term setting.
- Demonstrate dedication to quality support for individuals; be self‑motivated, honest, dependable, and flexible.
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Superb organizational skills and strong attention to detail.
- Language ability (other than English) may be required to meet specific program needs.
- Available to work flexible hours and be on call.
- Self‑directed and works with minimal supervision.
- Must possess a valid Arizona driver’s license, be at least twenty‑one years of age, and meet driver requirements as specified by RISE Insurance Agency.
- Must complete a successful background check, driving record check, and obtain a Level One Fingerprint Clearance Card.
