Dollar General - - Responsibilities:
Function as Cashier and/or Stocker and act in a lead capacity in the absence of the Store Manager or Assistant Store Manager;
Unload trucks according to the prescribed process for the store; stock merchandise and maintain displays; assist in plan-o-gram implementation;
Operate cash register and flatbed scanner to itemize and total purchase; bag merchandise; collect payment and make change;
Greet customers as they enter the store and help maintain a clean, safe, well-organized store;
Monitor cash levels and assist in cashier accountability, security practices, and completing required paperwork
