In this role, you will manage a restaurant with a million‑plus dollar annual budget, focusing on accounting, human resources, training, marketing, sales, and cost controls.

• Ability to work a 50‑hour work week, including nights, weekends and some holidays.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Basic computer skills.
• Valid driver’s license and personal transportation.
• Outgoing personality.

• Direct, control and coordinate subordinates to deliver quality product to guests efficiently and with friendly service.
• Inventory management.

• Training.
• Performance appraisals.
• Maintain a safe work environment for all employees and guests.
• Other duties as assigned.
