About the Role

Delivery Driver
s at Grön are responsible for the safe and timely delivery of cannabis products to customers, following all state and federal regulations in the cannabis industry. As a delivery driver you will deliver our products to customers and deliver excellence, one of our core values. You will be the repeated touch point so many of our customers interact with each month, helping to maintain those relationships is important to our growing brand.

This position will be split between our PA and NJ operations. Schedule is Monday–Friday, start times varying, with reliable commuting to our office 75% of the time in King of Prussia, Pennsylvania and 25% of the time in Hammonton, New Jersey.

Responsibilities
  • Ensure the safe and timely delivery of cannabis products to customers
  • Manage and organize inventory levels within the delivery vehicle
  • Adhere to all state and federal regulations governing the cannabis industry
  • Process payments and reconcile invoices for wholesale customers using cash on delivery (COD)
  • Communicate clearly and effectively with customers and stakeholders
  • Maintain accurate delivery logs and documentation
  • Uphold the cleanliness and maintenance of the delivery vehicle
  • Deliver exceptional customer service and represent the company professionally
Qualifications
  • At least 2 years of experience as a delivery driver, preferably in a highly regulated industry such as cannabis, pharmaceuticals, or food and beverage
  • Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
  • CDL is a plus
  • Strong communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to navigate delivery routes and manage inventory levels
  • Commitment to staying in compliance with state and federal regulations in the cannabis industry
  • Experience handling payments and reconciling invoices
  • Ability to occasionally stay overnight if needed
  • Demonstrates integrity and respect in all interactions, fostering a positive and supportive work environment
  • Strives for high standards in every aspect of the role
  • Ability to adapt to and drive change with enthusiasm

This position has a rate of $22/hour
