Vehicle Operations Assistant is a key role that supports the readiness of Lucid vehicles prior to customer delivery. This position partners with the Delivery team to ensure day-to-day operations run smoothly and requires the ability to handle a rapidly changing workload and prioritize accordingly. This is an excellent opportunity to gain experience and develop your career within the automotive industry.

• Provides a world-class customer experience to all Lucid customers, internal and external
• Facilitates vehicle movements, including dropping off or picking up customer and inventory vehicles and/or loaners, and moves between locations/offsite lots
• Manages inventory readiness, washing, staging, charging, and software updates as required
• Assists in lot management, ensuring vehicles are well-organized and ready for sale
• Coordinates with external carriers while loading/unloading vehicles, conducts inspections, and logs paperwork as required
• Assists in daily operations of the Delivery team with duties assigned by the Delivery Manager

• High School Diploma or GED required
• Basic automotive knowledge
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
• Full-time availability, including weekends or extended hours during busy periods
• Valid driver’s license with no suspensions within the past year; drivers under 21 must have held a license for a minimum of 3 years and complete Lucid Training upon hire

The compensation range for this position varies by location and is designed to reflect job-related knowledge, skillset, experience, education and training, certifications, and other relevant factors.
