Supports the readiness of Lucid vehicles prior to customer delivery. Partners with the Delivery team to ensure day‑to‑day operations run smoothly. Requires the ability to manage a rapidly changing workload and prioritize accordingly. Excellent opportunity to gain experience, learn, and develop your career within the automotive industry.

• Provides a world‑class customer experience to all Lucid customers, both internal and external
• Facilitates vehicle movements, including dropping off or picking up customer and inventory vehicles and/or loaners and moves between locations/offsite lots
• Manages inventory readiness, washing, staging, charging and software updating vehicles as required
• Assists in lot management, ensuring vehicles are well­organized and ready for sale
• Coordinates with external carriers while loading/unloading vehicles, conducting inspections and logging paperwork as required
• Assists in daily operations of the Delivery team in varied duties as assigned by the Delivery Manager

• High School Diploma or GED required
• Basic automotive knowledge
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment and multitask
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods of time
• Full‑time, including weekends or extended hours during busy periods
• Valid driver’s license with no suspensions within the past year. Drivers under 21 must have maintained a driver’s license for a minimum of 3 years and successfully complete Lucid Training upon hire

Base Pay Range (hourly): $22—$30 USD
