Lockheed Martin Rotary & Mission Systems is seeking a full-time Early Career Systems Integration and Test Engineer for the JASSM Enterprise Software (JES) Program. In this role, you will be working on an agile test team and will be responsible for supporting creation, maintenance, and execution of test procedures. The successful candidate will have experience and/or knowledge of test planning, execution, and analysis.

Must be a US Citizen. This position will require a government security clearance and is located at a facility that requires special access.

The Joint Air-to-Surface Standoff Missile (JASSM) - Enterprise Software development for the USAF Joint Air-to-Surface Standoff Missile (JASSM) is a United States Air Force (USAF) program to provide an autonomous, long-range, conventional, air-to-ground, precision missile able to strike highly defended, high value targets. JASSM Enterprise Software (JES) was developed to improve quality and speed in targeting and strike planning solutions across multiple 363rd Intelligence, Surveillance and Reconnaissance Group (363 ISRG) production units and the Standoff Munitions Application Center (SMAC).

The JES Systems Engineer in Test will focus on designing, developing, and maintaining test procedures and supporting the automated test infrastructure for a variety of software applications. As part of the MIC2 organization, you will support software testing for our JASSM Enterprise Software program. Reporting to an Integration and Test Lead, you will work with cross‑functional, multi‑site teams and should be comfortable working in a highly dynamic customer environment.

You enjoy collaborating with your colleagues to solve difficult problems but can also tackle challenges on your own. • Bachelor’s degree or above in a STEM discipline (or equivalent experience)
• Strong problem‑solving skills, with ability to analyze complex data and provide recommendations for product design improvements
• Ability to obtain a government‑issued Secret clearance

• Strong understanding of test planning, test execution, and test analysis principles
• Experience in writing and executing test procedures for web applications
• Experience troubleshooting and debugging for root cause analysis
• Experience with SQL Server / SQL Server Management Studio
• Experience with software development tools such as Selenium, Cypress, Robot Framework or similar programming languages with a focus on test automation
• Strong verbal and written communication skills

Part‑time Remote Telework:
The employee selected for this position will work part of their work schedule remotely and part of their work schedule at a designated Lockheed Martin facility. The specific weekly schedule will be discussed during the hiring process.

Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five‑day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
