Maintenance Technician – $1,000 Sign-On Bonus!
We’re hiring a Maintenance Technician to keep our community safe, welcoming, and running smoothly. Enjoy a $1,000 sign-on bonus

- Troubleshoot issues and support renovations
- Complete maintenance work orders, apartment turnovers, and routine repairs
- Participate in on-call rotation and respond to emergencies
- Maintain tools, inventory, and community equipment
- 3+ years maintenance experience in multi-family properties
- Skills in plumbing, electrical, HVAC, painting, carpentry, and grounds work (pool experience a plus)
- Strong customer service, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Valid driver’s license
- Full-time, 40+ hours/week
