You will conduct routine patrols, maintain a visible presence to help reduce security-related incidents, support access control and visitor badging, respond to alarms and service needs, and deliver clear, respectful communication. ** What You'll Do:*
* + Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and/or contractors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at an aerospace and defense location.

+ Conduct access control and badge verification at designated entry points, helping to support authorized entry and reporting access-related issues per post orders.

+ Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including documenting observations and notifying the appropriate contacts.

+ Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of buildings, parking areas, and the perimeter, helping to identify and report unusual conditions, hazards, and/or policy violations.

+ Complete patrol logs, incident reports, and other required documentation, and communicate relevant updates to site leadership and/or Allied Universal supervision.

* Minimum Requirements:

* + Maintain an active DoD Secret Clearance.

+ A valid driver's license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.

+ Access Control and Badge Experience is preferred.

+ CPR Certification is preferred and may be completed post hire.

+ Alarm Panel Experience is preferred.

+ Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

+ Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

+ As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

+ Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.

+ As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.

+ Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.

+ A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
