Responsibilities & QualificationsJob Responsibilities
- Develop, refine, and implement cybersecurity policies and procedures.
- Oversee the implementation and management of cybersecurity technologies.
- Conduct regular security assessments and vulnerability scans to identify potential security risks.
- Collaborate with our security vendors.
- Manage and respond to cybersecurity incidents, including incident investigation, containment, and recovery.
- Plan and implement disaster recovery and business continuity strategies.
- Educate and train employees on cybersecurity best practices and awareness.
- Stay up-to-date on the latest cybersecurity threats and trends.
- Ensure compliance with relevant regulations such as HIPAA, GDPR, and PCI DSS.
- Manage the security and automation team.
- Collaborate with other departments and stakeholders to ensure that cybersecurity risks are addressed.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in cybersecurity, focusing on security architecture, threat intelligence, and incident response.
- CISSP (Certified Information Systems Security Professional) - preferred, but not required.
- Experience in scripting/coding concepts.
- Experience in developing and implementing cybersecurity policies and procedures.
- Experience in managing and responding to cybersecurity incidents.
- Strong technical skills in cybersecurity technologies, such as firewalls, intrusion detection systems, and encryption.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
