• Develop, refine, and implement cybersecurity policies and procedures.
• Oversee the implementation and management of cybersecurity technologies.
• Conduct regular security assessments and vulnerability scans to identify potential security risks.
• Collaborate with our security vendors.
• Manage and respond to cybersecurity incidents, including incident investigation, containment, and recovery.
• Plan and implement disaster recovery and business continuity strategies.
• Educate and train employees on cybersecurity best practices and awareness.
• Stay up-to-date on the latest cybersecurity threats and trends.
• Ensure compliance with relevant regulations such as HIPAA, GDPR, and PCI DSS.
• Manage the security and automation team.
• Collaborate with other departments and stakeholders to ensure that cybersecurity risks are addressed.

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in cybersecurity, focusing on security architecture, threat intelligence, and incident response.
• CISSP (Certified Information Systems Security Professional) - preferred, but not required.
• Experience in scripting/coding concepts.
• Experience in developing and implementing cybersecurity policies and procedures.
• Experience in managing and responding to cybersecurity incidents.
• Strong technical skills in cybersecurity technologies, such as firewalls, intrusion detection systems, and encryption.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
