Special Response Security Officer

Job Description

Garda World Security Services is now hiring a Special Response Officer to represent Garda World at Netflix House in King of Prussia. This senior officer will serve as the first line of defense, responsible for proactive loss prevention, site inspections and maintaining a safe environment. The role requires strong situational awareness, sound judgment and the professionalism expected of a senior officer.

• Perform precise interior and exterior patrols to deter theft, vandalism, and unauthorized access.
• Monitor surveillance systems and site activity, identifying irregularities before they explode.
• Maintain high visibility and professional composure while enforcing site policies and access control procedures.
• Conduct  visitor verification with diplomacy and authority.
• Produce clear, detailed incident and daily activity reports.
• Collaborate with site leadership to uphold Garda World's high standards of service.

Location:

King Of Prussia, PA (Driver's License strongly preferred).

Schedule:

Part Time Hours (16‑32 hours per week).
Must have the ability to work any shift. Competitive hourly wage of $22.00 / hour (Daily Pay is available for Garda World employees!).

• Active Driver’s License strongly preferred.
• Minimum 2‑3 years of professional security, military or law‑enforcement experience (access control, patrol or loss prevention).
• Exceptional situational awareness and attention to detail.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, including report writing.
• Proven ability to remain alert and composed throughout long or routine shifts.
• Authorized to work in the U.S.
• Documentation of High School Diploma or GED.
• Successful completion of an extensive screening process (background check and drug screening).
• Strong report writing skills.
• Sharp visual activity and exceptional concentration skills.
• Strong proficiency with technology.
• Security, military, law enforcement experience is a plus.
• State license if required.
