Entry Level Sales Representatives have the potential to earn up to $60,000 in their first year. Many top performers earn between $70,000 and $90,000 as Retail Sales Associates by following our proven sales process. Our structured training and support system equip driven reps for success.

• Represent Rite Window by promoting our products and services to prospective and existing customers through in-store retail campaigns and events
• Deliver engaging, face-to-face sales presentations highlighting our premium products and installation services
• Participate in ongoing training to sharpen sales skills and deepen product knowledge
• Leverage the role as a stepping stone to a career in Sales or Management

• 1-2+ years of experience in sales or customer-facing roles is welcomed
• Strong communication and collaboration skills to work across teams
• Self-starter attitude with a drive to exceed goals
• Collaborative mindset and desire to learn from others
• Open to traveling within the local market as needed
• Availability for Saturdays and/or Sundays; additional weekday opportunities may be available
