Louis Vuitton King of Prussia Women’s is seeking a highly motivated Expert Client Advisor for Watches and Jewelry to join the team. Our Expert Client Advisors are Ambassadors to the brand, with a special focus on a category, ensuring that every Client is treated according to the Louis Vuitton Promise. We strive to discover our clients and their every need, and to guide them across the brand.

We deliver the best client experience and convey passion for the product in every interaction.

• Act as the “go to” person in store for any needs related to selling and clienteling techniques for your specific category.
• Partner with your Manager and provide vital feedback to drive the business forward.
• Communicate corporate strategy and relevant business information to the team through morning briefings, trainings and 1:1 coaching.
• Observe the selling ceremony and collaborate with the team to introduce your product category.
• Lead by example in the management of your own portfolio of Clients and demonstrate outstanding clienteling options.
• Responsibilities include:
  
  product expertise, driving the Watches and Jewelry business, in-store product training & new launches, and client development.

• Passionate about the Brand, the category, and the DNA of Louis Vuitton.
• Ability to tell compelling stories, excellent interpersonal skills, and a track record as a sales leader in the area of expertise.
• Experience building positive client relationships and strong product knowledge in the chosen field.
• High analytical and commercial ability.
