Job SummaryWe are looking for a competent Account Executive to find business opportunities and manage customer relationships. You’ll be directly responsible for the preservation and expansion of our customer base. The ideal candidate will have talent in sales and experience in customer service. We expect you to be a reliable professional able to achieve a balance between customer orientation and a results-driven approach.
The goal is to find opportunities and turn them into long-term profitable relationships based on trust and mutual satisfaction.
- Develop and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts.
- Understand customer needs and objectives to provide tailored solutions
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within existing accounts and potential new customer
- Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize profits.
- Ensure timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to client and customer needs and objectives.
- Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients, addressing any issues or concerns promptly.
- Collect and analyze client feedback to improve products and services.
- Build and maintain client relationships
- Track and record metrics throughout sales process
Meet and exceed financial goals - Understand and keep up to date with industry and competitive landscape knowledge
- Bachelor's degree 2-3 years of business experience
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Ability to harness financial data to inform decisions
