The Role
The primary purpose of the Supervisor is to assist with managing the store to improve commercial performance by leading and motivating the team to consistently deliver an excellent customer experience. You ll implement best practice retail methods and prioritize brilliant communication. You ll use your leadership talent to ensure colleagues and customers alike are supported and have a great experience in store.

We re on the lookout for a Retail Supervisor (Full Time) who will be working with Julie from our King of Prussia team. The store is located in the King of Prussia Mall on the upper level.

The primary purpose of the Supervisor is to assist with managing the store to improve commercial performance by leading and motivating the team to consistently deliver an excellent customer experience. You ll implement best practice retail methods and prioritize brilliant communication. You ll use your leadership talent to ensure colleagues and customers alike are supported and have a great experience in store.

To be successful you ll have proven ability to lead your colleagues. Retail experience is essential and ideally key holding experience a retail environment too. You ll have the ability to deliver sales, lead by example, and have experience in increasing performance using KPIs. We are looking for someone who has the ability to build quick rapport with colleagues and customers, and who can lead with empathy and adaptability.
