Overview

CREED Full-Time Fragrance Specialist, Neiman Marcus, King of Prussia, PA. This role supports the Creed brand at Neiman Marcus and contributes to delivering a captivating, branded customer experience and achieving sales goals.

• Champion and drive the Customer Experience by maintaining exceptional standards while supporting store-based sales.
• Drive the retail sales plan at the store level with accountability for the Creed Sales Team to achieve sales goals in designated stores in the market.
• Achieve personal sales goals to promote Creed and in-store events, including presell and launch goals set by management.
• Support and execute action plans based on the market calendar to maximize sales, including presell launches and events in stores, in partnership with management.
• Engage with customers to build and promote brand awareness.
• Support monthly morning meetings, department-wide meetings, store-wide meetings, and out-of-home base meetings in collaboration with management.
• Work closely with the manager and team to drive all aspects of the business.
• Be accountable for event presell, goals and setup.
• Open and close if the position is based in a boutique location.

• Minimum of 3 years of relevant and strong retail sales experience; fragrance, beauty or luxury goods preferred.
• Relevant experience demonstrating strong sales experience and proficiency in the retail/fragrance industry.
• Experienced and comfortable working in a retail environment and building relationships.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills; strong interpersonal skills.
• Strong attention to detail, event planning and organizational skills to support business needs.
• Good technical computer skills, keyboarding, and knowledge of various reporting tools and systems.
• Flexible and adaptable to changing priorities with the ability to multi-task.
• Physical ability to move in store including kneeling, stooping, carrying, bending, twisting, etc.; ability to lift up to 25 lbs.
