Our Assistant Store Manager is a highly motivated leader passionate about creating extraordinary customer experiences. They meet individual sales and metric goals, drive sales growth, coach and develop associates to hit sales targets, and manage all aspects of product and inventory management in collaboration with the Store Manager.

• Manage all store business aspects – product and inventory management.
• Lead the team naturally, setting a strong precedent for performance.
• Drive new and ongoing sales opportunities, directly impacting growth.
• Cooperate with the Store Manager on business strategies.

• 1+ year(s) of retail management experience.
• Experience training and managing a team.
• Experience in product management (inventory and visual merchandising).
• Strong leadership and people management skills.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Decision‑making and problem‑solving skills.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule.
• Attention to detail.
• Great sense of style!

$45,000 – $60,000 a year
