• Support service enhancers to build strong relationships, including active use of Concierge
• Achieve sales and service metrics in key areas (Clientelling/Outreach, Appointment Setting, Talbots Classic Awards, etc.)
• Plan and prioritize tasks to meet customer and business needs
• Understand customer needs and wants through curious and confident conversations
• Share current products and fashion trends to wardrobe, inspire and build trust
• Participate in community/store activities and events that promote the Talbots Brand
• Occasionally lead/supervise others and open/close the store
• Professional representation of the brand image
