- Available at least 20 hours per week
- Flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Comfortable climbing ladders, moving around regularly, and standing for extended periods
- Able to bend, reach, stretch for product and lift/carry/move at least 40 lbs
- Create and foster a culture of hospitality through exceptional customer experiences and build enduring relationships
- Support service enhancers to build strong relationships, including active use of Concierge
- Achieve sales and service metrics in key areas (Clientelling/Outreach, Appointment Setting, Talbots Classic Awards, etc.)
- Plan and prioritize tasks to meet customer and business needs
- Understand customer needs and wants through curious and confident conversations
- Share current products and fashion trends to wardrobe, inspire and build trust
- Participate in community/store activities and events that promote the Talbots Brand
- Occasionally lead/supervise others and open/close the store
- Professional representation of the brand image
