Supervisors contribute as an integral member of the store management team by supporting the implementation of strategies and operational excellence that ensure brand integrity, customer satisfaction, and financial growth.

You'll support the leadership team to succeed by:

• Growing Sales:
  Execute sales strategies and monitor performance to drive revenue.
• Be a coach:
  Mentor and support team members effectively.
• Operational Excellence:
  Manage daily store operations efficiently and uphold high standards.
• Customer Focus:
  Ensure exceptional service and a welcoming environment.

The role requires someone who:

• Is personable and able to support, assist, and coach store associates.
• Follows all store policies and procedures, and adheres to directives from management.
• Meets or exceeds sales and performance goals.
• Can handle physical tasks such as heavy lifting (up to 40 lbs.), moving around, kneeling, reaching overhead, and climbing ladders.
• Has reliable transportation.
• Is at least 18 years old.

Employment Type: Full-time

Compensation: $15.40 - $24.10 per hour, based on experience and qualifications.
