• Create a welcoming experience by greeting guests and assisting with daily tasks.
• Engage with guests to solve their needs and thank them for shopping at Target.
• Receive products, restock shelves, organize the backroom, arrange merchandise, and put up promotional signs for GM areas.
• Operate power equipment certified, move merchandise or store fixtures as needed.
• Execute pricing changes, merchandise setup and maintenance, and inventory accuracy as directed.
• Learn operational procedures related to merchandise setup, stock management, and store profitability.
• Be knowledgeable about total store resources, products, and services to resolve guest issues and improve their experience.
• Demonstrate ethical conduct, safety, and compliance; work safely and report hazards.
• Support guest services such as back-up cashier and digital fulfillment processes (picking/packing orders or delivering pickup orders) while maintaining compliance with laws (e.g., adult beverage laws).
• Perform other duties based on business needs.

• Accurate cash handling as needed.
• Ability to climb ladders and move merchandise safely, including lifting up to 44 pounds.
• Flexible schedule (nights, weekends, holidays) with reliable attendance.
• Comfort working in varied temperatures and environments; field duties may include Drive-Up or carryout tasks.
• Shift length may vary; ability to stay mobile during the shift.
